1. Client meeting
The first step in our process is to learn the details of your business. It is the same for all new clients to complete a questionnaire so that we will gather more information about your business and products. In this stage, our specialists will begin to evaluate your brand, competitors, and goals for your product photography campaign. We always ask our clients to provide every detail so that we can be sure that the product shoot is done the best way possible.
2. Coordination
A big part of our product photography in Chaw Advertising is to coordinate and design the shoot. We will set up a coordination meeting so that we can clearly understand your vision based on the information we have gotten. During this step in the process, a set of specialists determine how we will receive products, which props we will need, models/actors, locations, timeline, and what kind of shots we need.
3. Photoshoot
As the coordination step is done, then it’s time to go live. One of our photographers will begin to set up the photo shoot. We make sure that proper lighting is up, all props are prepared, models know the key shots and equipment is fully functional. For any product photography, there is always a primary and assistant photographer at the shoot. This helps us to ensure that every detail is captured on the planned timeline.
4. Editing
As the photo shoot is done, we begin to do editing on the raw images. We make sure the editing abilities of our editors are dependable. We have the skills to put images on different backgrounds (green screen background), add logos, motion applications, and more.
5. Product delivery
After the editing images, we deliver all the images to your employee in charge through an online storage area such as We Transfer or Google Drive. You will have access to this online storage for 2 weeks. We recommend that you download them onto your storage for safekeeping. We do our best to maintain files from all of our photoshoots, however, we do not guarantee if we provide any images after a month starting from the delivery date.
